Key Management Staff

Mr Henri Lee
Managing Director
General Manager – China
Mr Lee brings with him over 20 years of regional experience in Asia Pacific having held various strategic positions in a Japanese MNC and various public listed companies in Singapore. He is responsible for the business strategic direction in evaluating current business trends and the operational management performance of Aeris Dynamics. Mr Lee also leads the Corporate Sales and Marketing function. Over the years in his career, he has been instrumental in the establishment of many successful strategic partnerships in various manufacturing industries including the Pharmaceutical, Medical, Semiconductor, and Electronics and Fasteners sectors. As part of Aeris Dynamics’s internationalisation plan, Mr Lee also took up the role of the General Manager for China, overseeing two factories in Shanghai and Guangzhou respectively.

Mr Ronald Toh
Corporate General Manager
Mr Toh has more than 18 years of regional experience in various leading industries including the Pharmaceutical, Medical, Semiconductor, Electronics and Oil & Gas arena. After graduating with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasglow of England, he has held various strategic positions in several companies in Singapore. Mr Toh’s responsibilities in Aeris Dynamics include Sales and Marketing, Customer Service and Co-strategic direction implementation. With his strong technical discipline, Mr Toh also leads various technical functions, which encompasses responsibilities in Research, Design & Development and Quality Assurance. He has been central in developing many innovative packaging solutions that answer our customers’ precise shipping problems including the successful design patent for Aeris Dynamics’s “Coolpod” series of shipper solutions.

Joanne Toh
Manager – Finance & Manufacturing Operations
Miss Toh is responsible for the Financial & Accounting, and Manufacturing/Production operations of the company. Besides ensuring that the company’s Financial and Accounting procedures comply with regulatory requirements, she directs the implementation of Corporate Financial and Accounting policies and guidelines across the regional offices. Miss Toh concurrently oversees the Manufacturing/Production operations in Aeris Dynamics, which includes the Purchasing, Planning and Manufacturing departments.
