Aeris in Asia
Asia presents some of the most challenging environments. In recent years, the variations and erratic swings in climate has posed greater challenges for TCL management. Continent-wide, Asia has experienced both the highest and the lowest temperatures in the last 3 years.

Our packaging solutions have been tested in the ultra demanding Asian continent, resulting in cost effective solutions and innovations that are proven to maintain temperatures of sensitive payloads well within the specified ranges in spite of the harsh and fluctuating temperatures outside.

Testing & Validation
Our success is based on innovations in R&D, stringent Testing and Validation regime using our own in-house ESPEC Test Equipment Chamber and backed by independent third-party validation by TÜV SÜD PSB (Singapore and China). Our packaging solutions also meet international IATA & ISTA (PI602 & PI650 for Infectious & Diagnostic Substances) Compliance.

Innovations PCM and STCV Vehicles
Our investment in R&D has seen us introduce innovations and improvements in the materials used as the cooling media for our packaging solutions. One of the initiatives in our development roadmap is the “Phase-Change-Material” development. While PCM has been around for a while, its cost effectiveness has been an issue. Aeris is meeting that challenge today.

We have also embarked on testing “Special Temperature Controlled Vehicles” that can maintain the internal temperature of the storage area regardless of external climatic temperature changes. These special vehicles are live GPS monitored with data upload showing temperature information and location.
